Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Regents Park Aesthetic’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Regents Park Aesthetic” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Regents Park Aesthetic, Camberley House, Redhill Street, London, NW1 4AX. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Terms of business

Information

• All patients are required to provide contact details; including full name, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
• All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
• All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation
• Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
• You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

New Patient – Telephone Consultation

Whilst telephone consultations are discouraged, we acknowledge some circumstances when this service may be helpful; particularly for our patients who will be travelling long distance. New patients, seeking advice from a practitioner in a telephone discussion, require a diary appointment of 30 minutes. The clinician will call via telephone or video call at the time agreed. A charge of (£50) is made, payable in advance.

Appointments

• You will be sent appointment reminders the day before your appointment by text and/ or email.
• Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit paid and will be subject to a 50% charge on the original cost of treatment. If you do not attend on the day of the appointment without letting us know beforehand you will forfeit 100% of the cost of your treatment.
• We will take a deposit, of £50 redeemable against treatments booked. The deposit is not refundable. treatments such as Coolsculpting and Morpheus8 will require a 50% deposit.
• Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss with the practitioner. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
• Routine review appointments are offered after anti-wrinkle injections as a courtesy. No additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided free of charge, once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.
• Laser/ IPL/ hyaluronidaise) treatment cannot be performed without a prior assessment and test patch.

Children

We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18.

Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised.

Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.

Payment

• Consultations will be subject to a £50 deposit which will be deducted against treatment costs but is non-refundable.
• for treatments taking over 90 minutes we will request a 25% deposit to the value of the treatment.
• You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
• Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
• The clinic accepts cash, or major debit and credit cards.
• Discounts/vouchers cannot be applied to already discounted products/treatments or packages.

Rewards Scheme

As a thank you for your loyalty, we offer a rewards scheme linked to our booking system, where you receive one reward point for every £1 spent on eligible treatments or products.

Reward points may be redeemed against eligible treatments at the time of payment only and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or applied retrospectively if not redeemed during your appointment.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel, or revoke the rewards scheme and/or any accrued reward points at any time, including where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the scheme will not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Reward points have no cash value and remain the property of Regents Park Aesthetics until redeemed.

Referal Scheme

Sharing is caring and we recocognise the importance of word of mouth.

Any client who refers a friend/ family member will recieve a 10% discount and the person they refer will also recieve a 10% discount.

To refer someone simply log onto the booking system on the website, use the referal section and enter your individual referer code (available on your booking profile) and follow the on-screen instructions.

The 10% discount can only be used on full price treatments.

The referer will be eligible for a 10% discount once the person they have referred has completed and paid for a treatment.

The person referred should be a new patient to the clinic and not had any previous appointments with us.

We cannot honour discounts for people referrerd prior to the new scheme being in place (1/10/2024).

Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

• Consultation and assessment
• Provision of information and advice
• Safe treatment with evidence based products
• Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Skin care products are non-returnable/refundable

Packages- Payment will be taken in full and in advance of all treatment package courses. Refunds will not be given for failure to complete the full course of treatment.

Some treatments may have to be done in multiple sessions. Refunds will not be given for partially completed treatments where the reason is out of the control of the clinic.

If a treatment provided by Regents Park Aesthetics is found to be cheaper elsewhere you will not be entitled to a refund once treatment has been undertaken.
