The 8-point skin booster

Teoxane babyGLOW in London

That lit-from-within look you usually only see after a fortnight away, now from a thirty minute appointment on Wimpole Street. Teoxane babyGLOW places eight precise injections of Teosyal Redensity 1 on each side of the face, exactly where it catches the light. The glow is often visible the same day, and hydration and elasticity build over a short course.

Who is Teoxane babyGLOW for?

Regents Park Aesthetics sees two kinds of people asking about babyGLOW. The first is in their twenties or early thirties. Their skin is healthy, yet it photographs flat, and a good night’s sleep no longer shows on their face. They want a glow that is theirs, without foundation doing the work. The second is past thirty five. Fine lines have started to settle across the cheeks and the skin feels drier by the afternoon.

Teoxane designed a protocol for each. The beautification course suits the first group, with two sessions four weeks apart. The rejuvenation course suits the second, adding a third session for skin that needs more elasticity and smoothing. Both use the same product, Teosyal PureSense Redensity 1, and the same eight anatomical points on each side of the face.

Men are welcome, and Teoxane has adapted the points for them. It is a skin quality treatment rather than a filler, so the shape of the face stays exactly as it is. People who want structure are better served by dermal fillers, and lines driven by muscle movement by anti-wrinkle injections. Every course begins with a face to face medical assessment.

What is Teoxane babyGLOW?

Teoxane babyGLOW is a skin booster treatment built around one product and one technique. The product is Teosyal PureSense Redensity 1, a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel from Teoxane, the Geneva laboratory that has specialised in hyaluronic acid since 2003. The technique is an 8-point injection pattern developed and validated by a global consensus of aesthetic doctors and presented at the IMCAS congress in Paris in 2026.

Redensity 1 carries 15 mg/ml of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, together with amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that support the skin’s own repair. Hyaluronic acid draws water into the skin and holds it there. The complex feeds the environment around the cells so the skin can rebuild collagen and elasticity over the weeks that follow.

What sets babyGLOW apart from older skin booster methods is where the product goes. Traditional techniques place dozens of tiny droplets just under the surface, which can leave visible bumps for a day or two. babyGLOW places eight small deposits per side into the layer just beneath the skin, at points chosen for how the face reflects light. The product spreads evenly, the bumps are minimal, and the glow is often visible the same day.

Close up of a woman's cheek labelled glowy, radiant and hydrated, the three effects patients report after Teoxane babyGLOW.

Eight points, one glow: the technique explained

Teoxane’s doctors started from a simple observation. A face looks radiant when light reflects evenly from its high points: the upper cheek, the angle of the jaw, the area beside the mouth and the spot just under the tail of the brow. Skin that has lost hydration scatters light instead. The 8-point technique places a small bolus of Redensity 1 at each of those points, and four landmark lines drawn on the face keep every injection in the same plane.

Each point receives 0.2 ml, with 0.1 ml at the brow, through a very fine 30 gauge needle only 4 mm long. Ultrasound imaging in Teoxane’s published case study shows the gel sitting evenly in the layer just under the skin, integrated into the tissue with no nodules. A gentle massage at the end of the session spreads it further.

In Teoxane’s real-world assessment of the technique across 15 clinics in five countries, including the UK, 98 percent of the 78 patients were satisfied with the effect. The same proportion reported natural looking results and an immediate glow, and were ready to return to their day straight away.

Teoxane babyGLOW for HIM

Men ask for the same thing women do, phrased differently. They want to look less tired in meetings and on camera, and they want nobody to know why. Teoxane built babyGLOW for HIM around exactly that brief. The clinical formula is unchanged. The eight injection points have been re-mapped for masculine anatomy: the spacing across the cheek is wider so light spreads rather than pools, a point is added at the angle of the jaw, and nothing is placed below the corner of the mouth.

The result is skin that looks rested, hydrated and even, with the structure of the face left exactly as it was. Teoxane’s patient feedback on the male protocol reports that 96 percent saw a visible improvement, and every patient surveyed felt able to return to their day straight afterwards. The before and after gallery below includes two of Teoxane’s male cases.

Questions patients ask

Frequently asked questions

A hyaluronic acid skin booster treatment from Teoxane, the Swiss hyaluronic acid specialist. It uses one product, Teosyal PureSense Redensity 1, placed with an 8-point injection technique that a global group of aesthetic doctors designed and validated. The aim is an immediate glow plus a longer term improvement in hydration, elasticity and skin quality.

A non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel carrying 15 mg/ml of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, alongside a complex of amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. It is a CE-marked medical device made by Teoxane in Geneva and has been used for skin quality treatments for many years.

It is a skin booster. Redensity 1 is non-crosslinked, so it spreads through the layer under the skin to hydrate and revitalise, leaving the shape of your face exactly as it is. If you want to restore volume or definition, your clinician will talk to you about fillers instead, or alongside.

Both are hyaluronic acid skin boosters, and both work well. Profhilo uses a high concentration of pure hyaluronic acid placed at five points per side and is chosen mainly for laxity and crepey skin. babyGLOW uses Redensity 1 with added amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, placed at eight points per side of the face for an immediate glow and hydration. Many people use both over a year.

Your clinician draws four landmark lines on the face. Redensity 1 is then injected at eight anatomical points on each side: four along the cheek, one at the angle of the jaw, two beside the mouth and one just under the tail of the brow. Each point receives 0.2 ml, with 0.1 ml at the brow, and a full face uses one 3 ml syringe.

Most people see a glow the same day, once the small bumps at the injection points have settled. Teoxane’s data shows further improvement over the following nine days as the gel integrates and draws water into the skin. Hydration and elasticity then build with each session of your course.

Teoxane’s beautification protocol, designed for people in their twenties and early thirties, is two sessions four weeks apart. The rejuvenation protocol, for people over thirty five, is three sessions: the first two four weeks apart, then a third six weeks after the second. Your clinician will recommend one at your consultation.

Results build over the course and are then maintained with top-up sessions. Teoxane recommends a maintenance plan after the initial course rather than a fixed interval, because skin, age and lifestyle vary. We agree your rhythm at the review appointment.

Redensity 1 is placed with a very fine 30 gauge needle only 4 mm long, and most people describe a series of small pinches. In Teoxane’s real-world assessment, 88 percent of patients felt comfortable during the injections. Tell your clinician if you would like a topical numbing cream applied first.

Very little. You may see small raised points where the gel was placed, which usually settle within a few hours after the massage at the end of your session. A pinpoint bruise or mild redness is possible and fades within a few days. In Teoxane’s assessment, 98 percent of patients went straight back to their daily activities.

The same product and the same clinical evidence, with the eight injection points re-mapped for masculine anatomy. Teoxane widened the spacing across the cheek so that light spreads across the face rather than pooling, added a point at the angle of the jaw, and removed the injection below the corner of the mouth. The result is fresher, more hydrated skin that still looks entirely masculine.

Yes, and many people do. It pairs well with anti-wrinkle injections for movement lines, HydraFacial for surface texture and Profhilo for laxity. Your clinician will sequence them so each works well alongside the others.

Teoxane babyGLOW is new to Regents Park Aesthetics and is quoted at your consultation once your clinician has assessed your skin and agreed your course. Each session uses one 3 ml syringe of Teosyal PureSense Redensity 1 across the full face, and course pricing is confirmed in writing before you book a session.
